   This book can be used in class or as a self-study book. It is intended for learners at A1-A2 levels of the Council of Europe scale. For phrasal verbs with an object, the object (sb or sth) is shown between the two parts, e.g. put sth off. This means the phrasal verb is separable, and the object can go between the verb and the particle or after the particle. If the object is shown after the particle, e.g. look for sth, it means the verb and the particle cannot be separated.
