Dream jobs.
I do enjoy my job mainly because there is a great deal of interaction with the rest of the team. I join the regular meetings where cases are discussed in detail and everyone talks to me in exactly the same way as they do everyone else, even though I’ve only been here as a trainee for a few months. I’d really like to stay on here after my probationary period.

When our work involves employees who are subject to disciplinary action because of their conduct, things can get emotionally stressful though. It’s surprising how many really well-known companies don’t actually treat their employees very well. When I go home all I want to do is put my feet up and watch TV. Still, I know this is what I want to do and after six months П1 have a pay review and I'm looking forward to that.
