Cambridge English, flyers, authentic examination papers 2, answer booklet, 2018.

Young Learners rests offer an elementary-level testing system (up to CEFR level A2) for learners of English between the ages of 7 and 12. The tests include three key levels of assessment: Starters, Movers and Flyers.
Flyers is the second level in the system. Test instructions are very simple and consist only of words and structures specified in the syllabus.
The complete test lasts about an hour and has the following components: Listening, Reading and Writing, and Speaking.



Listening.

Part 1 (5 marks).
Lines should be drawn between:
1 Helen and rhe woman in rhe long jacket, turning her phone on.
2 Robert and the man with a beard, lifting a rucksack from the belt.
3 Michael and the man who has dropped a heavy suitcase on the floor.
4 David and the man wearing sunglasses, standing at the back.
5 Holly and the girl brushing her hair, speaking to a boy.

Part 2 (5 marks).
1 Howard.
2 650.
3 Strong/strong.
4 helmet.
5 fire station.

Part 3 (5 marks).
1 Richard - E (beetle).
2 Daisy - В (eagle).
3 John - D (shark).
4 Emma - С (polar bear).
5 Sarah - A (dinosaur).

Part 4 (5 marks).
1 A.
2 C.
3 В.
4 А.
5 С.

Part 5 (5 marks).
1 Colour the circle shape on the blanket - yellow (NOT the whole blanket).
2 Colour the cushion with the baby on it - red.
3 Write COATS on the board next ro the drying skins.
4 Write MILK on the bottle next to the boy drinking.
5 Colour the bowl on the ground - brown.
